Request management
Queues for standard rides, medical rides and delivery requests with operational status controls.
A modular ride-management system for dispatch, fares, drivers, vehicles, fleets, medical rides, live location, payments and operational reporting.
Project overview
A ride platform has to coordinate several operational domains at once: passenger requests, driver records, vehicle availability, fare configuration, dispatch activity, special ride types, payment settings and management reporting. Treating these as disconnected screens makes day-to-day administration slow and inconsistent.
The system also needed a controlled way to manage Firebase records and send targeted device notifications without exposing service-account secrets or device tokens in the browser.
We developed a modular PHP and MySQL administration platform covering ride requests, medical rides, delivery requests, driver locations, fare settings, vehicles, fleet management, role-based access, reports, application content, promotions, support and PayPal configuration. Map support is integrated for location-oriented workflows.
A dedicated Firebase module supports Firestore or Realtime Database through a shared client contract. Administrators can inspect and update approved records, test configuration and send validated FCM HTTP v1 notifications. Credentials remain server-side, notification recipients are selected by user identity rather than raw device token, and payload keys and size are validated before delivery.
The brief
Operations dashboard · Ride APIs · Fleet tools · Realtime integrations
Bring ride, medical-trip and delivery operations into one controlled system.
Give dispatchers live operational context for drivers, vehicles and requests.
Support Germany-focused mobility operations with configurable content and pricing tools.
Product ecosystem
Queues for standard rides, medical rides and delivery requests with operational status controls.
Driver location, vehicle records, fleet-manager tools and role-based access.
Fare-taxi configuration, promotions, PayPal settings and reporting.
App content, support operations, permissions and targeted notification tools.
Key journey
A transport or delivery request enters the platform
Dispatch reviews availability and request details
A driver and vehicle are coordinated
Location, status and operational reporting stay connected
Technical architecture
Custom PHP administration system with role-based modules
PHP APIs and MySQL for operational and configuration data
Firebase Firestore or Realtime Database integration
Google Maps, FCM notifications and PayPal configuration
Engineering decisions
The Firebase module can work with Firestore or Realtime Database without exposing credentials to browser clients.
FCM HTTP v1 sends validated notification payloads without revealing device tokens in the admin interface.
Role-based access keeps fleet, finance, support and platform controls appropriately separated.

The result
The resulting back office centralizes the operational components needed to manage a multi-role ride service and its connected mobile experience. The Firebase tooling adds controlled data support and targeted push messaging without placing privileged credentials in client-side code.
The case study avoids invented trip volumes, customer counts or financial results and focuses on the implemented system.
