Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy is being finalised. The sections below describe how we currently work; the final version will be published before paid orders are accepted.
Who we are
This website is operated by Logics92. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Logics92.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation request or an order, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone or WhatsApp number and company name
- Your country and city
- The service or package you are interested in, your project description and budget range
- Your preferred contact method
We also record technical information with each submission: the page you submitted it from, the referring website, campaign (UTM) parameters, your IP address and browser user agent. We use these to prevent spam and abuse and to understand which pages bring enquiries.
Campaign parameters and the referring website are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can be attached to your submission.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and which lead to enquiries, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga and records pages viewed, buttons such as "Order Now" that you click, and form submissions. Advertising features are switched off. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes these cookies.
We also store your cookie choice, and campaign details for the current visit, in your browser's local and session storage. These are needed for the site to work as described and are not shared.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you order
- To send you order confirmations, invoices and project communication
- To protect the website against spam and misuse
- To measure which pages and campaigns produce enquiries
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (PayPal). We do not receive or store your card details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us at shabbirahmad788@hotmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
