Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is being finalised. The sections below describe how we currently work; the final version will be published before paid orders are accepted.

Orders not yet paid

If you submitted an order with the pay-later option and have not paid the invoice, you can cancel at any time at no cost by replying to your order confirmation email.

Paid orders

If you cancel a paid order before work has started, contact us and we will discuss a refund. Once work has started, refunds depend on the work already completed. The detailed refund terms will be published here before paid orders are accepted.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
