Terms of Service

This policy is being finalised. The sections below describe how we currently work; the final version will be published before paid orders are accepted.

Packages and scope

Each package is sold at the fixed price shown on our website, in US dollars. Before work begins we confirm in writing what your package includes, what it excludes, the delivery timeline and the number of revisions. That written scope forms part of your order.

Ordering and payment

You can pay for your order upfront, or submit your order and pay after we confirm the written scope. In both cases, work begins only after full payment is received.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, paid plugins and licences, app-store developer accounts, payment-gateway fees and other third-party services are not included unless your written scope says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, information and approvals needed for the project in reasonable time. Delays in providing them may move the delivery date.

Changes and additional work

Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
