Customer booking
A responsive booking journey for transfer details, pricing, scheduling and customer communication.
A connected airport-transfer ecosystem combining a customer booking website, operations dashboard, PHP API and secure React Native driver application.
Project overview
Airport-transfer operations involve more than taking a booking. The platform has to coordinate scheduled journeys, driver eligibility, live status changes, earnings, payouts, messages and customer expectations without letting conflicting client-side rules create operational errors.
The driver experience also has to remain dependable when several drivers receive the same opportunity or when a device clock is inaccurate.
We separated customer booking, operations management and driver workflows while keeping business decisions on the server. The React customer interface supports the booking journey, and the admin dashboard gives the operations team visibility over rides and platform activity.
The driver app uses secure device storage for authentication, server-clock synchronization for pickup countdowns and guarded ride acceptance. Commission and eligibility are never recalculated on the phone: the app displays authoritative server snapshots and handles race-condition responses safely. Push registration, chat, ratings, wallet views and payout requests are integrated into the same driver experience.

Key journey
Traveller creates a scheduled transfer
The platform validates and prepares the booking
An eligible driver receives and accepts the offer
Trip progress, completion and earnings are recorded
Technical architecture
React customer website and React Native driver application
React administration and dispatch interface
Custom PHP REST API with server-owned ride and pricing rules
MySQL records plus push-notification and payment integrations
Engineering decisions
The server resolves competing driver acceptances inside a locked transaction and returns a conflict when a ride has already been taken.
Fare and earning values come from an immutable server snapshot; the mobile client never calculates authoritative amounts.
Tokens use the device keychain or keystore, while logout revokes the session and push registration.

The result
The delivered system provides one technical foundation for customer bookings, administrative control and driver operations. Drivers can review opportunities, manage scheduled work, update ride progress and follow earnings without the mobile client becoming a second source of business rules.
No unsupported conversion or revenue figures are claimed; this case study documents the verified product and engineering work.
